Start your creation with a Rimini chocolate shell in dark, milk or white chocolate couverture. Our creations blend the finest cocoa beans in the world with the freshest ingredients money can buy, creating a suitable jacket for your own sumptuous sweet.

Next, choose one of our velvety ganaches. Never more than four hours old, these delicious creamy fillings melt instantly on the palate.

Each ganache also supports a final surprise, selected from a generous array of condiments, extracts, purees, salts, and delicate and exciting seasonings.
